The staff is always so friendly and helpful—I also seem to be on a first name basis with them now since they bring my order up front as soon as I walk in the door! I try to place online orders so I don’t do too much extra shopping but it never works. I always find something!

Everyone here is always so nice, nobody pressures me when I just want to wander around and look at all the cool stuff you have before buying my bag of Choice like usual.

I asked the staff to assemble the pole, fill the 2 bird feeders and carry it all to my car. I’m disabled and the staff didn’t question anything but went over and above to accommodate me. This was assembled at my childhood friends house as a welcome home present fro her recent discharge from the hospital:))

I didn't realize my coupon for a free 5lb bird seed bag was for a different store, and that was the reason I stopped in. When I showed the cashier the coupon he was happy to honor the coupon even after I said I was totally fine not using it. 10/10 customer service, super friendly employee, didn't catch his name but he was young and had short hair and was wearing a mask and I think glasses.

I was pleasantly surprised to have my gifts wrapped up for Christmas! It was a nice touch!
