Great customer service

I needed a suet product that was not interesting to squirrels. Eileen directed me to a great product that is working perfectly.

I was able to go in and get what I needed, received help from the person who was working there and got out in under 10 minutes. Your prices are high but I like the freshness of your product. The birds do too. I would like to say though that ziplock seals on the bags need to be improved. They always unattached from one side of the bag when I open them, making them useless. For the price, it should be better.

Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful- loved everything about the store! Just wish we lived closer! It’s an hour away from our home but definitely worth the trip - will probably shop online as well

I appreciate being greeted as I arrive, and then assisted as I make my purchases. The staff always is able to answer my questions and advise me about my birds’ seasonal needs. Wonderful store!

I asked a lot of questions about potential future purchase (to accommodate new feeders received as gifts). The staff member was very helpful and patient with me, answered all my questions, anticipated others and answered them. She understood I am working with an old system, and told me how to determine which system, made some excellent suggestions, explained how I could use new pieces to achieve what I need. I was pleased/impressed, and will be back. Thank you
