Not being able to view in store metchandise

I had a great experience. It would be nice to have a sign in the front saying to go to the back for pickup. When I called the number several times it was busy so I wasn't sure if I was supposed to call to say I was there or wait in back because they saw me parked in the front and waved me to the back. Maybe a note on the back door saying line is often busy, keep trying.

I miss the two women that were on the floor that had personality, it’s not the same without them. Ellen and Barb were very knowledgeable. What happened to them? I feel like I’m. Being rushed out of your business

Started shopping this location because I tired of the annoying, new employees at the other WBU in the area following me around the store and the hard-sell tactics they used in trying to generate revenue and their lack of knowledge when it came to WBU promotions. Went to use my WBU coupon at this location and the guy at the register starts griping because I cut the coupon from the postcard it was mailed on and tells me to bring the entire postcard in next time. Really? As a retailer, you don't have the information needed to apply an advertised discount (ie coupon codes, et) readily available? There were a total of four coupons on that postcard, you want the entire postcard? Honestly WBU, you need to simplify your advertised specials because they seem to be confusing to your franchisees. Disappointed, especially since these were supposed to be some kind of "customer appreciation" specials. So much for "appreciating" your customers, I felt like I was dealing with a disgruntled, junior high schooler. Doesn't matter, I won't bother trying to use the rest of the coupons and will look into buying my supplies from the local hardware store. Thanks anyway.

I found the suet much less expensive at another store. I also don’t understand why I would have to Pay to be a member If a discount club. Even when I bought 10-12 suet cakes at a time I didn’t get a discount

Initially ordered two cylinders online and received 20% off. When I went into the store, your company did not have what I had ordered, It was my thought, since I already paid for my order online, that I would purchase two cylinders in their place and receive 20% off. That was not the case, your business did not honor the 20% discount, it was disappointing. Over the years I have been a member and have purchased products from your business, but this experience was not good. Thank you, R Paesano
