I used to shop in a Springfield IL shop that had more variety of merchandise. I go to this store because they carry WBU bird feed and supplies which are superior. That will not change.

I don't know what the difference is between satisfied and highly satisfied. I think the staff would have to go above and beyond to rate highly satisfied

I believe there is always room for improvement firstly. My order was not ready as told and there was an issue with ringing my order up. The owner had to call me the next day and we needed to go through the check out process again. I’m hoping my account was not charged twice. Waiting to see if ll is ok or will be calling the store to discounted

The only small disappointment was that the box looked like the feeder could handle at least six birds, but there are only four portals. It is truly squirrel proof though.
