The feed is good quality with no extra stuff mixed in. I appreciate the selection of feed and the other paraphernalia supporting feeding wild birds. The staff is helpful and attentive. The prices are a bit high but so is the quality.

We prefer the bird seed that DOES NOT have vegetable oil added to it. Sales person was not knowledgeable on the difference or if the oil free was even available or stocked

Prices are very high in the store, especially for the seed storage solutions. I was disappointed to find a metal bucket one sale for $45. Checkout was slow but the employee was doing their best - seems like there might be an issue with the register or card reader.

Check out computer was not working, but salesperson managed sale smoothly. Would like to meet new owner, but heard she was at her other store. Would like to see sales person upon entry. Staff is always pleasant.

Out of cylinders feeders selection very low. Waiting till they call when merchandise comes in!! I understand shipping issues everyone has it lately. Kind clerk took my name and cell she will call when they receive it. So I don’t have to keep calling or stop by!
