The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is always really nice. It's fun to talk with the staff about birds that have been spotted and about ways to draw in more.

The woman who helped me (cashier/reg 6/1-taller woman with long dark hair) hunted for and found the suet cakes I wanted because there were none on the shelf. She was very pleasant and helpful.

It's friendly and has just what I want and the prices are good -especially when on sale!

I went in here not knowing anything about the store other than someone gifted me a millet (sp) from here and i needed a refill. The staff was super friendly got me what I wanted immediately and then assisted me with questions I had about feeders, birds, and other products. After that I spent an additional $30.00 and Joined the customer's club. It was a great experience.
