The staff person who worked with me was friendly, helpful, and patient. Those are valued traits. He was knowledgeable about products and bird behavior and explained those things to me, which was extremely helpful as a customer new to "birding." This can insure that I will be a repeat customer because as I learn I will apply it and come back to the store for more merchandise as my experience develops.

First of all the birds love the seed and I would say 99% gets eaten. The seed product mixes offer variety and are very appealing with no fillers.
