I had trouble with my phone, but managed to get what I needed right away. I had very good people helping me. My order was put in my car by the staff, so no touching.

Ease of ordering. Same day delivery which surprised me considering the message I received stated 2 days. I was able to go about my day and perform other task.

The website directs me to the products that I need to attract the birds I would like to see. I have a great variety of feeders and seed for a fantastic variety of birds.

My phone call was answered immediately and the staff person was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was a bit unsure of the bird feeder I needed and she knew instantly what I was referring to and told me what I needed to order. When I picked up the feeder, she had assembled it completely (it is not an easy thing to do), which just amazed me! I have always ordered my bird and squirrel feed from this store and from now one, I'll be ordering feeders there as well. I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was!
