It was very easy to find the item I needed at the website. I was able to pick up my order in a timely manner. Order was correct. Staff was friendly on the phone and placed my order into the trunk of my car to avoid contact.

The quality of the product is fantastic.We have had a smaller version of the one we just ordered and love the way it opens and closes and cleaning ability. It’s a great bird feeder.

The staff on the phone to let me know my order was ready. She was very nice and explained not all of it was in the store and she was waiting for a delivery. She called right away for pick up. My fault I didn’t look into the bag until I got home. Less than 15 minutes all is good for the birds. Love this store.

A store employee called me about an online order I placed. Based on that conversation I ordered something else and picked it up 45 minutes later.

I still can't believe it was delivered the very next day after I ordered it! And I ordered it in the evening the day before too. We had been so looking forward to getting to see goldfinches up close (at a feeder) before the breeding season ended and the males were no longer bright yellow so we were so delighted we could get it right away. We can't thank you enough!
