Easy to use website and order was ready when I arrived.

I always am...the staff led by luanne and steve are wonderful, competent and friendly. They had a rookie working the desk that afternoon and i threw her off by finding out after she rang me up that i needed to do my renewal if membership. Luanne took care of that. I also happened to be there the day before stock was coming in, so couldn’t get one food i needed but that was my problem, not theirs.

Availability of the products I wanted. Friendliness of staff. Convenient location. Oh wait, none of those are complete sentences. Should I start over?

They have quality wild bird seed no fillers. They always lend information on all types of birds feeders and houses.

It is convenient, employees are engaging, love the outdoor flower beds

First, the birds love the birdseed so that makes me feel satisfied that I bought a good product. Second, the staff are friendly and always greet you with a smile. Finally, the location of the store isin a good area and even though I live 15 miles aways I enjoy the ride to the store.
