It was really easy to navigate the website and make the purchase. It was really helpful to get an email confirmation, plus a voice mail explanation of how to make the pickup. The pick-up experience, including my phone call ahead of time and the actual putting it into my car, was so very friendly and made it a nice, personal experience. The staff is very knowledgeable about what to feed the birds in my yard. The store is very clean and organized. My son has become interested in feeding the birds and enjoys filling up the feeders.

I visited the store looking for wild bird food. The sales lady was very warm and friendly, and she gave me the information I needed for the purchase I made. She also showed me some lovely bird houses, and the accessories needed to mount them. I had a wonderful experience there, and I will definitely come in again!
