Easy in and out and knowledgeable persons

I was looking for a specific item and it was available. I needed it to be wrapped . securely because it was going with me to another state, The lady waiting on me went out of her way to bubble wrap it so it was very secure. I said it was an 80th birthday present so she really wrapped and taped it so it would be a great sueprise when oit was unwrapped. It was a delightful experience.

I hadn't been to your store in a while and even your sweet white dove was a presence on my last visit. Just wanted to say how beautiful, tidy and well laid out your store is in spite of utilizing nearly every square foot and inch of your area. Christl was so personable, kind and informed about both wildlife and your stock. For some reason we couldn't find my info in your database though. Christl tried everything. My one and only thought/suggestion would be to consider on whatever is your busiest day of the week to try extending your close time by a half hour. Best regards, Judy Colpaert 248 515 5417

Ellen and the staff are always helpful, and quite knowledgeable about the habits of the species in our area and are able to recommend products and techniques to help us support the wildlife that visit our yard.

Everything is wonderful about this Wild Birds location!! All staff is very helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They always listen to your needs and make recommendations as needed. This store is always clean and the variety of merchandise is creative and unique--thank you! I feel fortunate to have such a special location to shop for all my birdseed needs plus more!!

I came in with the intention to buy 1 gift, but left with 8 due to the salesperson's ability to engage and interact about the location promotions. I may have spent more than I expected but I also had 8 less gifts to worry about getting- Tim is great!
