WBU in Royal Oak is my go to store for purchasing food, feeders, poles and heated baths to attract and provide needs of birds. The seed and merchandise is good quality and if there is ever a problem, it is resolved. The staff is friendly and helpful, as they know the merchandise, knowledgeable about backyard visitors and always offer assistance back to our vehicles. I enjoy member discounts, bird bucks, sales and thank you gifts! The handling of business during COVID has been professional, safe and efficient. I have enjoyed bird and animal friends in-store who greet us, too. Thank you Steve and LuAnn and Ellen and all the staff!

Friendly staff, the bird seed choices, gifts are great, selection of bird houses and other bird items are great! I love the store, so bright and it’s a happy place to go especially during the pandemic!
