They also pointed out items I would not have seen/thought of that was authentic and not an awkward sales push. As we wrapped up the sale, the membership opportunity was discussed and it made sense - thank you.

I like the owners and the staff. They are not only friendly but they also know their bird business, from who eats what and why, to what bird hygiene I should follow. It's always rewarding to visit the Royal Oak WBU.
