I really enjoy visiting with the owner and her employess. They always take the time to chat, if they aren't too busy. Plus they are always very helpful and knowledgeable. And if I don't really need a particular item, they aren't afraid to say: wait until you're sure you need it.

For all of the reasons I checked off "highly satisfied". Despite having moved 10 miles from the store, I continue to shop here even though there is another franchise closer to me. It's comfortable and the people are super friendly.
