I have a back injury and can't lift a full bag of bird seed at the moment. The clerk was willing to carry the seed and put in in my car's trunk, which sealed the deal for me.

The store had everything I needed to make my birds Happy.

I chose a seed cake of "squirrels' defeat" bird food to hang from a tree in my back yard. When I took it to the register, the clerk and I noticed that a corner of the plastic wrapping was broken and that the block was slightly damaged as a result. She offered to get me a new one. After paying, I noticed that the clerk had given me the damaged block as well as the new one, saying that it was damaged goods and would have to be discarded. By using a coupon, I got 2 blocks for less than the price of one! Winners all around: double food for the birds, savings for me, and my recommendation to friends to shop at this business!

The women that run the store are very nice and helpful. (Sharon?) I appreciate that they help carry the purchase to my car. I'm hooked! :)

All my neighborhood birds love the birdseed and I don’t have problems with residual seed shells or other debris on the ground underneath my bird feeders. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
