As always the staff is friendly and knows their product. On the day I was in the store, there were technical difficulties with the computer. In spite of that the cashier was able to complete my purchase and follow-up.

I received really great advice from the staff on setting up my bluebird house and on stationing the various feeders in my backyard.

Shopping & ordering online was so easy. I literally had the package on my front porch the very next day! Everything was packaged extremely well within the shipping box. The seed cylinders were wrapped separately, which I appreciated. My favorite thing in my purchase was the Featherweight Cylinder Feeder!! I love the colors & the ease of the feeder. My favorite part about that item, however, was the fact that it was actually made in the USA & it was made out of recycled milk jugs. Those two things are so important to me.

I have been a customer at the Royal Oak Wild Birds for over 30 years. It is always a very pleasant shopping experience and I can rely on them for my bird feeding needs. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I especially appreciate how they accommodated their customers during the Covid shutdown.
