I’ve been a repeat customer of the Royal Oak Wild Bird for over 30 years. The staff has always been knowledgeable and friendly and the merchandise top quality. On my most recent visit, I brought in a previously purchased bird feeder needing repair. The manager promptly fixed it and I was saved the cost of a new feeder. Great service!

Folks are friendly and helpful. They are efficient and when needed knowledgeable. They always offer to help carry seed I buy but also will accept when I chose to carry it all myself.
