Staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and nice to talk to/discuss bird things with. Nice place to shop, clean and well stocked. Neat gift ideas as well as needed products to keep my birds well fed. I enjoy every visit.

Cashier Sue M was extremely helpful. She explained the various types of seed cylinders and recommended a feeder for them that she personally uses. I also mentioned that I had an accessory for the pole system that was not working and she provided some rubber end caps to address the issue. Sure enough, that corrected the issue and enabled me to easily hang the new cylinder feeder that I purchased that day. Thanks to Sue M I had a great shopping experience.

The store is lovely. It’s fun to poke around and see what’s new. They also have beautiful concrete sculpture for the garden. It’s expensive but high quality. Wish there was more of a variety but I understand the space limitations. It’s always a pleasure to shop there. Oh, I got confused about which bird seed I usually get. The sales person looked it up in a flash. Did not know they could do that . Good service!
