I was in a couple days ago and the young lady that waited on me in the Norman center store was great she was really knowledgeable and kind and spent a lot of time with me and she's brand new and I thought she was just terrific

We went in not knowing exactly what we needed. The staff was wonderful. Knowledgeable and friendly and helped us select a bird feeder and seed to help us entice the birds to visit our yard over winter.

The store is beautifully designed and has the full gamut of birding products. There’s always someone to ask if you need or want help, and they are very knowledgeable of the local bird activity. I’m always looking forward to my next visit to WBU (especially the Highland Rd. store).

We have shopped at this location for years, and during Covid, Knox took care of our orders, recognized us as we pulled into the lot, and delivered the seed to our car. He and the other staff are unfailingly knowledgeable, pleasant, kind and offer to help us load our orders into the car. We do not shop for our wild things anywhere else, and always manage to find (read watch for) "little" things to tuck with our Christmas gifts. My favorite store!
