I know the high quality of the seed and merchandise. The staff are very friendly and very helpful and feel like friends. I enjoy looking for gifts there.

The staff is so helpful and friendly. They take time to answer my questions - I never feel rushed, even when I have multiple questions. They are very knowledgeable about the backyard birds in our area and are always willing to share what they know to help make the most of my birdwatching experience. The store has plenty of adorable merchandise in addition to a wide selection of seed and feeders.

Knox runs a very nice store. It is clean, everything is well presented and easy to find and the customer representatives are knowledgeable.

I have been a customer at this store (Highland Rd, Pitts PA) since Knox openned it. For the very first time in all of these years three of the seed that I regularly purchase were out of stock. It certainly is understandable but I was surprised. I know that Know has retired and you both now own the store - Congratulations and I wish you well. I will continue to be a faithful customer because the quality of WBU seed and merchandise are always top notch.

My large hot seed cylinder was moldy when I opened the package, I put it out regardless.

I wish you still carried the window decals you used to carry.
