Product readily available, server asked if I needed any instructions and offered a product to help solve a problem. Staff always helpful and offer help to carry merchandise to my car.

Staff was knowledgeable, masked (I am a cancer patient so this made me feel comfortable in the store and I would feel confident returning there), helpful, courteous.

The staff are incredible. They always ask if I need assistance and when I have questions they have well articulated answers. Shopping there is an efficient and satisfying experience.

I always seem to have questions about bird behaviours, feeding, and equipment for bird watching and feeding that staff are always willning to answer. And the store itself is fun to shop in. The displays generate lots of good ideas and information. Bravo!
