WBU is my happy place to go. The store and staff are welcoming, so while I had curbside delivery because my husband was picking up the order, I was sad to miss out on the in store shopping myself. That being said I got both a call and the email when the order was ready, so had an opportunity to speak to Jennifer (amazing employee) on the phone which was just such a nice touch and representative of why I remain a loyal member of this location and would never think of buying anywhere else. LOVE WBU Heron location and the amazing staff they attract.
