Salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and I asked a variety of questions about merchandise. She did not rush me even though I had said I wasn’t buying todays just wanted info and options.

Staff were friendly. Two helped: one with paying and the other with carrying heavy bags to the car. Was reminded of annual fee and received my Bird Bucks. It seems the prices are rising quite rapidly and I wonder how much of that is lack of product, cost of shipping, or profit margin.

Service is always topnotch in this store and this time was no exception.

I usually order online to pick up in store. On my last visit I just ran in to grab a couple of things and everything was in stock. Staff are busy but friendly and everyone including other shoppers are always happy in the store. Overall great experience and that’s ever time.

We had someone to help us as soon as we entered the store. She took her time and explained very carefully the different parts of the squirrel proof feeder I was interested in. she also pointed out all the things in the store pertaining to Cardinals to assist me in choosing a gift for a friend. The birds came to the feeder two days after we hung it and now 4or 5 days later we are receiving lots of visitors to the feeder. And the bonus was because they were having a special for Father's Day we got our first bag of seed for free. I like that it was chosen by local experts to meet the needs of local birds. I had been feeding birds in our yard since 1976 but stopped for many years. It is so nice to be back feeding the birds again and my husband and I both enjoy watching the birds come to the feeder and the bird bath we have close by. Thank you Wild Birds Unlimited.
