I have purchased bird food and bird supplies at this store for over 25 yrs. Staff is professional, helpful, polite, and friendly. The store is clean, well appointed and orderly. It’s always a pleasure to shop at wbu.

The staff are always very welcoming and offer suggestions. They know the products well. Very helpful but they don't hover. Great store for gifts and lots of fun to browse(and to spend more money)!
