I love shopping at Wild Birds at Bank St - the staff have always been fantastic and knowledgeable. Always eager to help with the heavy bags of bird feed right to your car. It's always a pleasant experience and the store is lovely, clean, well stocked and friendly. Was concerned when I heard it changed ownership - but there was nothing to worry about, everything is still as wonderful as always. Thank you so much!

I was in a bit of a hurry, and the staff realized very quickly, on the basis of my words, what it was that I wanted, and they quickly got my order through the cash register (along with my renewal of membership) and they picked up my order and quickly put it in the back of my car. Really well done!

Staff was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They did not try to upswell me to products that I did not need. They helped me select products that fit my needs and requirements.

An employee demonstrated how to take apart my bird feeder and explained to me how to clean it. She was very helpful and cheerful and helped take my bird seed to my car.
