The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and carries my seed to my car. The store is spotless and well organized. There are so many gift items- I have gotten many unique gifts there.

We have been customers for many years. Well staffed means there is always help, as the space is limited, it is nice to have merchandise set aside to allow us to move freely about the limited space. Regardless of busy the store can get, the staff always take the time to chat, while multitasking !!

All the items I wanted to buy were in stock. The service was very friendly. I even found an item, a hummingbird feeder moat, which I had wanted but did not expect to find in store as there was none on the website.

Excellent supply of products, helpful advice and professional and friendly staff. Consistently great service with all staff members and quality products that our birds love.
