I am a regular customer and a huge fan. The staff at the Blue Heron Mall store is so knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me deal with a problem of being overrun by starlings with excellent suggestions.

For all the reasons I have given in the survey. This staff are super Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. And the quality of the bird food and products is very high. However, I have spent a fortune on our feathered friends! So this is a high-end store for bird lovers.

Great staff who chatted and laughed with us and offered to carry the birdseed to the car - lovely merchandise and reasonable prices. I love this store!

This store location is in my neighbourhood and I can walk there. I know most of the staff and they are very friendly and I love birds and squirrels and bunnies and feed all of them in my backyard. I love to support this neighbourhood Jem.
