I love everything about the store! The staff are amazing! More helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff you could not find! And I’m not even mentioning their sense of humour, artistic skills, and general good looks! Love!

Absolutely love visiting the store, always friendly advice and chats and store is clean and well-laid out. Often find new treasures when visiting and the staff and the owner (if you're reading it hi!) are absolute gems. Never make my passion for birds feel 'weird' or make me feel like I'm too friendly. I just always feel at home here and have a smile on my face the whole time in the store. Thank you for having such a welcoming environment! Compared to my experience in other gardening/nature/wildlife stores, it's above and beyond to the degree that I feel regretful when I'm too unwell to visit for pickups and have to send my husband instead!

Quality merchandise, excellent selection, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, great location (easy to park, central location), and I appreciated the covid precautions taken during the critical period of the pandemic (not specific to my recent visit, but gives me confidence in WBU being a responsible business). Also like their membership option. I was reminded I had some Bird Bucks I could use on my last visit.

All around great store specifically for ‘bird enthusiasts’, unlike some stores which are actually hardware or grocery stores with ‘a bit of bird seed’.
