Staff is always very helpful and pleasant, and usually greet you right at the door as you come in. Always are able to answer any questions that I have, Store is always clean and well organized.

My bag of seed was readily available, and the staff informed me about the loyalty program so I was able to sign up quickly, and saved money on my order. I was in and out quickly.

We had been searching for years on a solution in regards to eliminating unwanted big birds at our feeders. I reached the net and found your store on Bank street, we live in Gatineau but it was a short worthwhile drive. After explaining our problem to Kelly she recommended a Onguard/cage and it completely solved our issue with big birds emptying our feeders. Many thanks !!!
