The shell-free pepper-treated products attract a wide variety of birds and are not enjoyed by squirrels. Delivery was prompt.

Staff were very helpful answering my questions about the best items to buy for what birds. They clearly understood bird behaviours which made me feel confident i was purchasing the right items. More so they were lovely to chat with. I also liked the range of bird related items for personal use. I bought a few very unique earrings which were locally made by one of the staff. I love them and get questions about where i got them.

We love both your stores in the Ottawa area and have never had a bad experience at either. Staff are always super friendly and helpful. There is always a good selection of goods at both stores. It is a pleasure to visit and talk about birds
