I have been a customer in this store for quite a few years. It is easy to get to, there is easy parking right by the store, the quality of the merchandise is top line, and the service is always good.

Every time I go there, the staff is helpful and informative. They always know the best product for the type of birds that I want to attract.

Staff was so kind and helpful. I went in to buy a Quilling card but walked out with great insight into selecting wild birdseed correctly and was even given a small amount to use as a test.

I like the staff, in particular a blond woman with big blue eyes who has been working at the Blue Heron Mall location since forever. Whenever I have a question, even if it is about squirrels, I get good info from the staff. And there is often a lot of laughter in the store. There is one thing I do not like. When I am checking out, I would really like it if my email address was not said out loud. I think my first and last name should be enough to identify me.
