Exceptional service. A bag of No-Mess was forgotten when we picked up our order and when I called to highlight that, I was worried cause I had no “proof” we hadn’t received the bag. The person on the phone was efficient and very kind and confirmed we could come pick it up. I was very surprised to see they’d added a 5lbd bag free for our troubles. Great service.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Asked to renew my membership and gave me a small free bag of birdseed. Carried large bag of birdseed out to me car for me.

We were shopping for a Father's Day gift and the staff was prompt to assist but also to allow us time to browse. Everyone was friendly and very knowledgable about the various products.
