Product that I needed was available, staff knowledgeable of other products and I enquired about a type of bird and all jumped in to help me identify it. Person had a hard time in finding me on the system, but I had time to wait and they were able to tell what I had previously ordered. Always love dropping into the store to review products available and to see what is new. Staff very helpful…

We were quickly greeted by a team member when we arrived, we had purchased some products online and were there to pick them up, but then had questions about another product .. which we ended up buying. The team member offered to take the products I had in my hands to the cash while I continued to shop, then after checking out offered to assist me taking my purchases to my car, which I did not need ‘but greatly appreciated the offer.

Above and beyond service from Kendell at the Bank St. store when I couldn't place my order online. Sale price was honoured and the delivery was almost immediate. Very impressed and appreciative of her assistance.
