I love the staff, specially the two assistant managers -Jennifer and Heather- who always greet me by name, offer me assistance and chat 'bird'. The store is easy to access, clean and filled with products I like. What is not to rave about?

Lots of lovely items in store but I mostly shop for seed. Always available and ... the staff ... the staff are very nice and fun too.

I liked meeting the person who served me. Enjoyable time. We looked at various items and I talked about issues.

The clerk provided me with a replacement part for my bird feeder

Not only did I get the seed I needed, but they mended the bird feeder I had bought there... quickly and without charge!
