For many years I shopped at the Bank Street store in Ottawa and have NEVER been happy with the attitude of the staff. I found them snappy and not interested in serving you. So I tried the Kanata store and found the staff to be the absolute opposite, very friendly and knowledgeable. Needless to say Kanata is where I will shop from now on. Deb is a real sweetheart to deal with.

It is a pleasure to go into the store. I always receive a warm welcome and enjoy a chat if there are not people waiting to be served. I find greeting cards and little gifts for family and friends, which I cannot find in other stores. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. It is a pleasure to shop in Wild Birds Unlimited.
