Friendly, knowledgeable staff that listened to my issue and had some good solutions about deterring raccoons.

This was my first ever visit. I wanted to get something for my 1 & 3 year old grandchildren. Staff was excellent in showing me appropriate items

This store is close to my residence. I have been to other stores in the west end which I did not care for.

I was greeted with a friendly smile. I was not pressured. I got my question answered. I got what I wanted quickly.

My daughter bought a feeder from your store 2 y ago she's very satisfied....so when I decided to buy one I knew where to go....I'm very happy and so are the birds....thanks

The staff person connected with me upon entering the store, inquired what I needed, understood what I needed led me to the product and demonstrated how to use it, recommended I take a picture of how to support me for when I return home to install on my bird feeder. Inquired if I needed seed, which I didn't but recommended a seed option I may not have, which I didn't have and might consider, but had a supply for now. She also checked with me about my membership renewal which I didn't think I should at this time since financially I was not going to buy the quality of product they sold, but appreciated her recommendation and would give it thought, upon leaving the store, she walked me to the door giving me a bag of seed to try and offer suggested to bring a sample of the seed I am using to help me better understand what I currently purchase, which I will do. Excellent customer service...I also work in a retail environment and this is exactly what I strive to do for all my customers and it was a pleasure receive this level of service. Thank you!
