Nice neat store with easy interactions with the staff. Found the prices to be very high for bird food.

Store staff always very friendly and so very willing to give info on birdseed and birds and answer questions.

The staff are all very grand knowledgeable. The products are excellent!

Sales person was so knowledgeable and friendly. I can’t remember her name but she was originally from the small hamlet of Mountain outside Ottawa. I also received a gift for renewing my membership and a free bell shaped cylinder!
