I am new to the world of bird watching and I am always so pleased by the expertise, friendliness, and attention to details of the staff at the Bank Street location of Wild Birds Unlimited. Whenever I've had a question or an issue with products I've purchased the staff are always so helpful and in fact go the extra mile to ensure I'm satisfied with their service. It is the manager and staff at this location who really make the difference. In this wretched economy where every Canadian must watch their pennies more closely than ever, you would think the first thing I'd cut from our family's expenses would be the very pricey bird seed we purchase (hundreds of dollars each visit!). However, the staff at this location are so enthusiastic and helpful, they have taken what started as a way to keep our cat entertained out the window into a bird-watching hobby that our family refuses to do without! We will make budget cuts elsewhere, just don't make us give up the fun of watching birds come to our feeder! thanks !!!
