It was my first ever in-store visit which I mentioned to the staff. I was excited to be finally able to see in the store. I drove from 45 min out of town. I felt rushed by staff to get my things and go. I know there was a lineup, I was in it, and i understand the covid safety restrictions. I felt I would have appreciated spending more time in store...I probably would have spent more money too.

With my last order one of the one of the bark butter suet cylinders crumbled in its packaging. I usually by multiple products at a time, but this product was only 6 weeks old at most. I did not report this.

It was just a bit awkward since the store is small. I got the sense that they were really trying to get me to finish and answers to questions were a bit curt.
