It took quite a while to be checked out because the couple before me were buying a lot and had many questions of the woman serving them. I was only picking up a bag of birdseed.

I do find that the seed is quite expensive. I know I can go to Ritchie Feed and seed and get more product for a better price. It is however, not convenient for me so the time and gas that it would take to get there would negate any savings if I were to specifically go there for my bird food.

Some of prices for bulk seed is out of line with the local market place. Likely US to Can dollar conversion. Bird feeders are very good the food for them reasonable. Staff as always is excellent and very friendly!

I find the products are overpriced.

I was highly satisfied with this visit except for being unable to purchase hot pepper products to stop the squirrels eating seed. But I understand that there is a shortage of hot pepper oil so this is not the fault of the store. One note about a previous purchase. I bought an EcoTough Catch-A-Seed Tray Bird Feeder. It is great except that, in the winter cold, the frame of the feeder shrinks more than the metal trays so the trays do not fit properly. Maybe you could give this feedback to the manufacturer.

I was satisfied. I will return.

Highly satisfied is an exceptional rating and I would rarely give that. That said, WBU has been great and I have never had any issues.
