typically i am satisfied however this time the cylinder food was all banged up on the top and bottom to the point of a lot of loose seed in the cellophane

Prices have doubled on some items that I normally buy

I come in once a year to buy a Christmas gift and I always feel like I'm being watched like I'm a potential shoplifter. I understand the need to be aware but maybe do it more discreetly....I remember this from many visits.

I needed to replace a bird bath de-icer. Not in stock. This time of year, that stock item should be anticipated. Staff promised to call me when in stock. It has been a week now.

The price of everything is so high

I find it very pricey but no one else carries the no mess blend, or else I would spend the difference on driving and gas.
