it used to open at 0900, now not until 1000 also this survey and how it is implemented, the slow speed, the inability to not answer some questions is unfortunately being reflected on the store - who are not responsible for the survey

The experience was very positive. To improve, it would have been helpful for the staff to have greater knowledge of the binoculars. I went to the store, looked at the oprions, went home to do more research and then returned to the store to make my final purchase.

Overall very satisfied. Staff knowledgeable and helpful. Did not choose Highly Satisfied because I got the impression that the staff helping me wanted to move the conversation along to help another customer and seemed a little distracted.

check out can be slow as there is often a line up and its slow to pay because a number (too many imho) of questions have to asked by the cashier And I know its not your fault, but parking is a misery at certain times of day Just a thought, but could you not reserve say two parking spaces in lot, out front of your door, for customers? especially when we carry out 20 lb bags of birdseed I know I could ask the staff but I hate, on principle, asking for help, even if I could use it. They do ask but it makes me feel old and feeble so I say " no thanks"

"Highly Satisfied" is an over-rated category. When I am shopping, finding the product I want and the helpful staff that meet my needs make me "Satisfied". Your store had staff that approached me to offer assistance. I knew what I wanted and she directed me to it. Purchase was made. Free bird calendar was requested by me and given. As I picked up my bag of seed, a staff person moved to open the door for me, but I was able to do it on my own. Very pleasant store and helpful staff. I left "Satisfied". Thank you. RT
