All of the store employees have a wealth of bird knowledge, and I am fully confident that they answer each question to the best of their ability. I have learned a great deal about wild birds from patronizing their store.

I find the prices are very expensive.

I received a free offer for a new product I had not tried before which I appreciate. And the staff are always friendly and welcoming. However, the prices at WBU are higher than at my regular store, making me more likely to shop there on a regular basis.
