The products are high quality and reasonable price. What takes this store over the top is the the manager and staff ... they are amazing. Consistently knowlegable, helpful, warm and friendly. They feel like my "bird" family😊

You can tell it's a professional operation because virtually all the bases are covered. The food items are all there for every feeding need and for every type of tweety. The staff are terrific: there's hardly anything they don't know, and they're easy to chat up. And the live videos playing on the monitor showcase lots of fascinating tweeties in the wild and how they live, which raises my level of knowledge and interest in the subject. And the whole thing works - we attract scores of the little tweeties to our feeders all the time, which is the main point.

The people who run the store are extremely helpful and pleasant to talk to. The quality of the merchandise is exceptional. It is not too far from my residence to visit frequently. I like their membership loyalty points. I have been given free repair replacement parts for my binoculars and bird feeders. Great service!

The store is great, the staff are super friendly, the bird seed is excellent and fresh and the price is right. The staff were very interested in activity at our feeder and provided additional information on bird species visiting our area.
