Staff were very pleasant. At order pick-up I wanted to do a return but the return was from Bank Street location and I was not aware that these are independently owned stores. They accepted the return anyway. I had ordered a cable for my bird feeder since purchasing the large of this product did not come with a hanger. I was made aware that a hanger was included and refunded the money. I received a gift with purchase. My membership was made with Bank location as I was unaware that they were store specific. The staff in Kanata arranged to have it transferred to their store - a store that is only a few kilometres from me. Above and beyond with a smile!

The staff were very knowledgeable about their products. I was going to replace a hummingbird feeder that was well over 10 years old and the hook holder was broken. When I phoned to see if they still carried this product the owner told me to bring it in and he would see if it could be fixed. I did this and he was able to give me a whole new bottom part and hook @ a third of the cost of a new one. He also fixed a Niger Feeder at the same time. So it was very good service and at a lower cost than buying a new one, which would probably have been a better deal for him than me.

i received some bird feeders from my children for my birthday. So, I had several questions because I had no experience at all with feeders, feed etc. Jennifer McNairn took the time to explain and answer all of my questions. She was very patient with me and didn't rush me or put pressure on me. It was a great experience.So much so I spent over $220. Can't wait to go back.

I love this store for all of my bird and squirrel feeding needs! Love it
