Since moving to our present home just over a year ago we have been thinking about setting up a bird feeder. We dealt with your store in Markham ON when we lived there years ago and searched out the nearest store which was in Ottawa. Products were of a high quality and the staff were very knowledgeable which led to our purchase.

Before Covid, when I shopped in the store, your staff have always been very knowledgable and friendly always willing to listen to my bird stories or share information with me. Shopping at WBU is like walking into a small country store as many of the staff call me by name or at least recognize me. I have introduced your business to a few friends who are equally satisfied and impressed. I am so thankful to have curb side pickup, I really Hope thi# continues, as I have not been inside a store since early a March and have no intention if doing so for some time.
