Explanations and patience of the staff. Friendliness of the staff. Good quality products though because they are so good some were out of stock. A seed product which was really of no consequence as I was able to buy the Supreme Seed Cylinder.

The staff are friendly and very helpful - always offering to carry my purchases to my car. The products available are the best quality I have ever found and the prices very reasonable. Because of the products I purchase at Wild Birds my back yard is now full of very satisfied birds, of a least 10 species, chipmunks and squirrels of at least 3 types. Keep up the good work.
