The quality of the birdseed (freshness, selection). I like the no mess birdseed which is available in larger quantities. The staff was very helpful, carried the 40 pound bag to my car for me.

I travel twice from Aylmer Qc to the other wild bird store on Bank street to pick up te bigest bagages of peanuts. Both times they were out of stock. I find it easyer for us to travel to your location Instead of the other one on Bank.

Staff always offer very helpful advise. Are always able to answer any questions or concerns that I have. The bird food is always top quality, I have bought cheaper bird food at other stores but it is not the same quality.

Always very pleasant staff - courteous, friendly. Setup to optimize number of customers for Covid safety is greatly appreciated. Waiting outside is not a problem. I found what I needed quickly and easily. My birds are grateful for the quality of your products. Thank you.

I was greeted at the door, given hand sanitizer and offered help with my purchase. I was served immediately. Very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I am always satisfied with my visits to this store.

Love the service, the staff, the quality of products, the knowledge and advice of the team over the years. Also love the support to charitable organizations such as the Wild Bird Care Center. Also greatly appreciated the home deliveries in the early days of the pandemic.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Curbside can be challenging given the parking spots available but understand that is a mall issue - we order enough we will likely get it shipped home.
