We asked for advice on the best type of winter seed for our bird types and they responded quickly and so far it seems to be working. I look forward to the winter mix when it arrives. Excellent knowledge of products, birds, and service.

The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I liked the perks of membership and the coupons.I was given a perch ring for free to replace a broken one. This made me want to return and buy more stuff and I did!
